Pre-registered Postal Attendee List - Instructions for Mailing List Access

Give pre-registered attendees advance notice that you will be at Mobile Business Expo. The pre-registered attendee list will be available for a one-time use, pre-event, by any exhibitor for direct mailing.

To take advantage of this exclusive offer, please fill out the Mailing List Use Agreement form and return it to CMP. Please take note of the following dates, list usage policies and restrictions:

List Access — Program Participation

To participate in this program:

1. Exhibitor must complete and return the Mailing List Use Agreement by the designated due date to Mobile Business Expo. Download the form here.



2. Direct Mail sample must be approved by CMP.

3. Direct Mail piece must mention your participation at Mobile Business Expo, include the Mobile Business Expo logo and the following text copy "Colocated with Interop and VoiceCon Tour." Your direct mail cannot mention any competing events. See more details in "Policies and Restrictions #4" below.

Mailing List Usage — Policies & Restrictions

1. Exhibitors are entitled to one-time use of the pre-show attendee postal mailing list.



2. Direct mailings may be arranged at the exhibitor's expense through CMP Media, LLC's 3rd party, bonded mail house — XL Marketing Group in Elk Grove Village, IL.



3. A sample of the mailing piece (artwork pdf) must be submitted to CMP Media, LLC for approval.

4. Direct Mail piece must mention your presence at Mobile Business Expo, include the Mobile Business Expo logo, and the following text "Colocated with Mobile Business Expo and VoiceCon Tour". Your creative cannot mention any competing events. We recommend including your booth number on your mailing piece.



5. List includes the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Company, Address Lines 1-3, City, State, Postal, Country. Lists will be carefully monitored for unauthorized usage. Mailers that reuse the list will be subject to penalties, including the loss of their right to future list usage.



6. CMP Media, LLC is not responsible for any fulfillment, shipping, mailing and/or handling costs incurred by exhibiting company with XL Marketing Group.



7. The Mailing List Use Agreement must be signed and returned to CMP Media, LLC before the list request can be processed.

9. CMP Media, LLC and the undersigned user of a CMP Media, LLC mailing list hereby agree as follows:
   
   
   • The list is the exclusive and valuable property of CMP Media, LLC. The list user will not disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce, or retain in any form or manner whatsoever all or any portion of said mailing list(s), nor permit any third party, agent, employee, or contractor, their respective agents and employees to do so, regardless of the medium by which the list is provided.
   
   
   
   • The one-time use of the list(s) shall be limited exclusively for mailing purposes only and may not be used for telephone, email or personal contact.
   
   
   
   • The list user in no way acquires ownership or rights to further usage of the list(s) or the names and we reserve the right to refuse to provide the list to anyone at any time for any reason.
   
   
   
   • The list(s) have been and will be monitored to prevent improper and unauthorized use of the list(s) by a combination of methods of computer control, and/or planted and/or varied names and addresses. The list renter consents and agrees to the use of any or all of such methods.
