Making an Announcement at Mobile Business Expo?
We will be issuing a September 8th press release detailing exhibitors announcements at the event. The deadline has now passed to participate in this opportunity.
Editorial Opportunity - Executive Interviews
Thank you to those exhibitors who will be launching products or services at Mobile Business Expo that submitted information to be considered for a podcast interview. We will be in touch the week of September 8th regarding the status of your proposal.
The deadline for participation in a podcast interview has now passed.
Access to the Mobile Business Expo Press / Analyst List
Mobile Business Expo press and analyst list is available to exhibitors beginning August 18th, 2008 only through the Exhibitor Resource Center. Please check in the Exhibitor Resource Center on August 18th to download the list.
PR agencies will need to obtain login information from their client for access to the press list. For questions regarding the Mobile Business Expo press list, contact .
This database will be updated regularly beginning August 18th until the event, with the final list uploaded the week after the conclusion of Mobile Business Expo. This informaiton will give you the opportunity to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with press and analysts prior to the event.
Meeting Rooms for Press Briefings
Beginning August 18th, press meeting rooms can be reserved in 1/2 hour or one hour increments for exhibitors who have secured meetings with press/analysts during the event. Please submit requests via email to
and include the following information:company name, name and contact information of person requesting meeting, meeting time and length, and press/analyst attending the meeting.
The meeting rooms are located inside the Media Center. Last day to pre-reserve a room is September 11th. After this date room reservations can be made on a first-come-first-serve basis at the event.
The Media Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registereed as press (journalist/analyst/blogger) and the other must be a registered exhibitor.

Mobile Business Expo owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow these guidelines:
- Event boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below)
- The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: Mobile Business Expo 2008 is happening September 16-19 at the Javits Convention Center
